Program at Castillo Country Club
The ice hockey season in Costa Rica lasts between March and December each year and classes are given Saturday afternoons at the Castillo Country Club with the ages of the players ranging from 6 to 28. Classes are given by ex Calgarian Bruce Callow and Winnipeg native Kevin Darichuk. Special events are planned throughout the year including clinics from visiting coaches and players. The rink offers a public skating schedule and also has an active figure skating program.
